On December 21, 2022, NANO-X IMAGING LTD (the “Company”) convened an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, however, the meeting was adjourned for one week to the same day, time, and place due to lack of quorum. Accordingly, the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be reconvened on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 3.00 p.m. Israel time (8:00 am EST) at the Company’s offices located at The Communications Center, Neve Ilan, Israel.
